Cryopen can safely treat a range of concerns such as:

• Cherry angioma (red blisters)

We can safely and effectively remove skin tags, cherry angiomas, age/sunspots, and pigmented lesions with no collateral damage to healthy tissue around the treatment site.

We do not recommend this treatment for anyone:

• Pregnant or breastfeeding

• With uncontrolled diabetes

• With undiagnosed or suspicious lesions

Doctors or dermatologists clearance for lesions is required in some instances.

Our cryotherapy pen is a powerful and precise treatment aiming to remove benign skin lesions with no pain. The Cryopen delivers nitrous oxide at -89°C directly to the skin, freezing the interstitial fluid in the lesion, leading to cell necrosis, all without causing harm to the healthy tissue around the treatment site.

The treatment is comfortable and feels like a ballpoint pen is being pressed onto the skin.

No pre-care is required for CryoPen. Patients may experience the following for a period of 7–14 days post-treatment and potentially up to 2–4 weeks, depending on the area being treated, the intensity of the treatment, and skin health prior to treatment.
Lesions on the body generally have a longer healing time than those on the face. Post-treatment, and during the skin healing process, it is normal to experience:

• Crusting/scabbing

• Darkening of the lesion

• Lightening of the lesion

• Heat/warmth around the treated area

• Blistering

• Erythema

Apply Medi-soothe for 5–14 days or until the skin returns to normal function, as well as SPF.

During the healing phase, DO NOT:

• Pick

• Scratch/itch

• Apply heat

• Soak in water

• Apply friction

Depending on the lesion(s), 1–3 treatments, spaced 3 weeks apart, are recommended.

HUB Skin Wellness Pilates requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. All appointments require a card to be held on file, and for treatments valued $100 and over, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit.

If you reschedule or cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, and your treatment is valued $100 and over, your $50 non-refundable deposit can be applied when securing your next appointment or used as a credit to purchase product from HUB Skin.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 48-hour window, or fail to attend your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of your total treatment fee. This is applicable to all appointments, regardless of the treatment value.

Please note if you fail to attend an appointment on two or more occasions without notice, we will require the full treatment amount to be paid at the time of booking for any future appointments.

HUB Skin Wellness Pilates Cancellation Policy is in place to ensure the sustainability of our small business. Appointments require a commitment of resources which cost the business in the event of cancellation, therefore the Cancellation Policy is in place not to ‘punish’ clients but to protect the viability of our business.
