Designed to meet the unique needs of teenage skin, the Teenager Facial addresses common skin concerns such as clogged pores, hormonal acne and skin breakouts. A skilled therapist will target these skin concerns and provide education on basic skin care, establishing the foundations for great habits.

The treatment includes a deep double cleanse, a gentle enzyme exfoliant mask and steam to soften blackheads and congestion before performing manual extractions. To finish, a detoxifying mask is applied to the skin giving antibacterial and healing benefits.

The treatment is enjoyable however during manual extractions the client may experience some discomfort.

Broad spectrum UVA/UVB sun protection is recommended post-treatment.

The frequency of treatments depends on the client's skin condition. For rapid improvement, a series of treatments may be recommended, typically scheduled 2 to 4 weeks apart to effectively address skin concerns before reviewing results.

• LED light therapy is strongly recommended to reduce inflammation associated with acne.

• Blue light therapy has antibacterial properties that target the bacteria responsible for acne breakouts, specifically Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes).

HUB Skin Wellness Pilates requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. All appointments require a card to be held on file, and for treatments valued $100 and over, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit.

If you reschedule or cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, and your treatment is valued $100 and over, your $50 non-refundable deposit can be applied when securing your next appointment or used as a credit to purchase product from HUB Skin.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 48-hour window, or fail to attend your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of your total treatment fee. This is applicable to all appointments, regardless of the treatment value.

Please note if you fail to attend an appointment on two or more occasions without notice, we will require the full treatment amount to be paid at the time of booking for any future appointments.

Appointments require a commitment of resources which cost the business in the event of cancellation, therefore the Cancellation Policy is in place not to ‘punish’ clients but to protect the viability of our business.
