PILATES & INFRARED SAUNA
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Pilates classes ("Classes") offered by Hub Wellness Group ("The Studio," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By enrolling in and attending our Classes, you ("Client" or "You") agree to comply with these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before participating in our Classes.
1. Enrolment and Registration:
1.1. Clients must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our Classes unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
1.2. Clients are required to complete and sign a registration form, which includes health and liability waivers, before participating in any Class.
2. Health and Medical Conditions:
2.1. Clients must inform The Studio of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns before participating in a Class.
2.2. Clients understand that participation in Pilates Classes involves physical activity and should consult a healthcare professional if they have any doubts about their ability to safely participate.
2.3.Pregnant clients may participate in our HUB Pilates Classes up to their 20th week of pregnancy, provided they obtain medical clearance after the 15th week. In certain cases, personalised 1:1 Classes can be arranged to create a customised plan for your and your baby's well-being.
3. Payment and Fees:
3.1. Clients are responsible for paying all fees associated with Classes. Payment details, including pricing and payment methods, are available on our website or in-person at The Studio.
3.2. The Studio may offer various pricing options, including drop-in rates, packages, and memberships. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
3.3. Each of our memberships is designed with a 3-month minimum contract term, ensuring a commitment to your journey with us.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
4.1. Clients must provide at least 8 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a Class.
4.2. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee and forfeiture of the Class session, as determined by The Studio.
5. Class Etiquette:
5.1. Clients must arrive on time for scheduled Classes. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the Class to avoid disruption.
5.2. Clients are expected to wear appropriate fitness attire and bring a clean towel, water bottle, and any personal Pilates props, if required.
5.3. The use of mobile phones and other electronic devices during Classes is prohibited, as it may disrupt the experience for other participants.
6. Liability and Release:
6.1. Clients acknowledge that participation in Pilates Classes involves inherent risks, and they voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation.
6.2. The Studio is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during or as a result of participation in our Classes.
7. Personal Belongings:
7.1. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. The Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
8. Changes to Schedule and Policies:
8.1. The Studio reserves the right to modify Class schedules, instructors, and policies at its discretion. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or in-person communication.
9. Photography and Videography:
9.1. The Studio may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional and educational purposes. Clients who do not wish to be included in such media must inform The Studio in writing.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].

SKIN, MASSAGE & BEAUTY

3.1. Clients are responsible for paying all fees associated with Services. Payment details, including pricing and payment methods, are available on our website or in-person at The Clinic.
3.2. Fees for Services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
4.1. Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a Service appointment.
4.2. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee of 50% of total treatment cost.
5. Service Etiquette:
5.1. Clients must arrive on time for scheduled Service appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid disruption.
5.2. Clients are expected to follow any post-treatment instructions provided by our skincare specialists for optimal results.
6. Liability and Release:
6.1. Clients acknowledge that participation in our Services involves inherent risks, and they voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation.
6.2. The Clinic is not liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or loss of personal property that may occur during or as a result of participation in our Services.
7. Personal Belongings:
