While this treatment is beneficial for all skin types, it is especially effective for individuals dealing with acne, dehydrated skin or compromised skin conditions. We typically advise a series of 3 sessions, followed by a review.

If you are not comfortable laying down for over 1 hour, remaining in complete stillness for 45 minutes or suffer from claustrophobia, we do not recommend this treatment for you.

HUB Skin Wellness Pilates requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. All appointments require a card to be held on file, and for treatments valued $100 and over, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit.

If you reschedule or cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, and your treatment is valued $100 and over, your $50 non-refundable deposit can be applied when securing your next appointment or used as a credit to purchase product from HUB Skin.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 48-hour window, or fail to attend your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of your total treatment fee. This is applicable to all appointments, regardless of the treatment value.

Please note if you fail to attend an appointment on two or more occasions without notice, we will require the full treatment amount to be paid at the time of booking for any future appointments.

HUB Skin Wellness Pilates Cancellation Policy is in place to ensure the sustainability of our small business. Appointments require a commitment of resources which cost the business in the event of cancellation, therefore the Cancellation Policy is in place not to ‘punish’ clients but to protect the viability of our business.
